Vinyasa is a style of yoga that is known by bringing asanas/postures together with the flow of the breath. Vinyasa is a meditation of the body and mind. Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevents repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are constantly doing the same thing. Vinyasa Yoga creates heat throughout the body and can add a cardiovascular benefit to your health.
As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter into a posture, are there for a while and then leave. Never attaching to anything and fully letting go.

The activation and balancing of the chakras is accomplished by the mixing and uniting of Prana(cosmic energy) with Apana (eliminating energy) which generates pressure to force the Kundalini to rise, by means of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Bhandas (body locks), in Kriyas (exercise sets), using Asanas (postures), Mudras (gestures), and Mantras (sacred sounds).
Most forms of yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. We sustain the postures in a longer breath and move slowly.
Restorative yoga is a delicious way to relax and soothe frayed nerves. Also
described as yin yoga, restorative classes use props to bring students into
passive poses so the body can experience the benefits of a pose without
having to exert any effort.
A good restorative class is more rejuvenating than a nap. It allows you to dive into a profound relaxation.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class combining ballet inspired moves with
elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes
incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies,
alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range
